product is delivered. As a customer you are responsible for

with regard to the character of the product we supply.

why you apply for a refund. Please, make sure your request does

The refund is issued to you after we receive a Waiver of
Copyright signed by you. A copy of the document is sent to you
at once after review of your refund request. Please, acknowledge
that by mutual consent Exchange can be done to
