1. Open a new work window ( Files > New...) make the width:500pixels by Height:500Pixel - Press OK.



2. Using the "Rectangular Marquee" tool draw a 450X200 outline.

3. Open the "Gradient Editor" and adjust to the illistration below:

(left to right)
#267fc3 Location:19%
#0045c3 Location: 19%
#153b81 Location: 42%
#153b81 Location:100%

4. Use the Gradient Tool, start from the buttom to the top.




5. Once done, it should look somewhat like this:


6. Use the "Type Tool" to type what ever you like, in my case I typed my website name.

7. Select the Type layer, in this case "RMTEMPLATES"

8. Goto Layer > Layer Style > Blending Options



9. On the " Blending Options " click on "Bevel and Emboss" and adjust to the illistration below:



10. Staying on the " Blending Options " click on "Gradient Overlay" and adjust to the illistration below:
